Main Street Realty is an independent, locally owned and managed agency, which has been operating in Caloundra since 1982.
We are located in the centre of Bulcock Street and have been operating from these same premises since the beginning, although considerably expanded over the past quarter of a century.
We have one of the largest window displays in town and our central arcade position allows people to browse at their leisure.
We pride ourselves on the excellent reputation that we have built up in Caloundra over the many years and are known for our honesty, friendliness, and willingness to go that extra mile.
We were one of the first offices to have separate dedicated sales and rental departments, and the success of this strategy has now been adopted by many others.
Our committed and knowledgeable sales staff are all fully trained and licensed and all have had extensive experience in the sales and marketing of residential properties in Caloundra. Our office works as a team to ensure that every Seller’s and Buyer’s needs are met, even if a particular salesperson is away or otherwise engaged.
Our rental staff are all experienced in their various roles and most are dedicated to a particular aspect of property management, whether it be Permanent Rentals or our Caloundra Holiday Section. They are highly regarded for their friendly and helpful service and their extensive knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act.
The two owners and directors of Main Street Realty, Pamela Welze and Marie Pike both have their full Real Estate licenses and both actively work in the business.
