Staff Profiles - Rentals

Our staff level of expertise adds up to nearly 85 years of hands-on Property Management; a few brief details of our team are as follows:

Melanie
Permanent Property Manager
Melanie is our Permanent Rental Property Manager. Melanie has been in real estate for 9 years, 3 years in sales and 6 years in Property Management. Melanie joined our team in early 2008 and enjoys all aspects of property management but specialises in fieldwork. Melanie is responsible for periodic inspections, property maintenance, initial condition reports and bond finals. She is a very approachable person but can be tough when needed.
Robyn
Property Manager - Part Time
Robyn, has worked in Real Estate since 1964 in property management, administration and sales. Robyn started with us in 1982, went to Main Street Realty Caboolture for over 7 years, and returned to us in early 2000. Robyn now works part time and is responsible for all lease renewals and increases; front desk duties and also takes a keen interest in keeping the tenant arrears list to an absolute minimum.
Marie
Accounts/Property Manager
Marie commenced in Real Estate in 1996, initially in sales but mostly in rentals - both holiday and permanent. She has her full real estate license and is responsible for the business accounts, the paying of all rental accounts and the month-end processes, as well as assisting with general administration, front desk duties and field work.
Mandy
Office Manager Sales/ Permanent Rentals
Mandy has been with us since 2001 and is the overall Office Manager. She is responsible for keeping the computers and programs running smoothly, most of the documentation and brochures, assisting with tenant checks, banking, general administration and front desk duties.
Tracey
Office Manager Holiday Rentals

Tracey is our Office Manager and has been with Main Street Realty for over 23 years. Tracey has worked in all the different areas of the Real Estate office, and been involved with the management of both the Permanent and Holiday rental properties all of this time. Tracey handles all the administration, Trust Account balancing, problem solving and computer functionality, as well as overseeing the whole holiday rental operation.
Carly
Holiday Property Manager
Carly is our Holiday Property Manager. She commenced with us in 2000 and during a three year break to look after her new baby daughter, she obtained her full Real Estate License. Carly has now resumed her role in our holiday section overseeing the management of our ever increasing number of holiday properties. Carly is very knowledgeable regarding each of our properties and is able to assist guests to select the right unit for their holiday.
Cheryl
Holiday Property Manager
Cheryl is a part-time Holiday Property Manager, assisting guests to choose the right property for their holidays. She has been with us since 2003, is familiar with all our properties and knows Caloundra and its many attractions very well.
Gail
Holiday Property Assistant
Gail is a part time Holiday Property Assistant. She joined our team in October 2008 after working in other Real Estate offices in Caloundra for several years. Gail has her Real Estate Certificate and is experienced in both permanent and holiday management as well as the sales arena, so has a wide knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate.

All our staff are licenced and can handle holiday, residential, commercial or industrial Property Management matters, however they each specialise in a particular sector.
